ONLINE OPTIONS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR ONLINE BANKING?
There are two ways you can sign up for online banking. One way is to download the application. It’s interactive, which means you can fill-in your information on your computer, print it and sign it. Then just fax it to (541) 880-5241, drop it off at any of our branches, or mail it to P.O. Box 5210, Klamath Falls, OR 97601.

The second way to sign up is by stopping into one of our branches and filling out the application there. We look forward to seeing you online!

2.  WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
If you come into one of our branches, we can set up your account in a few minutes and give you access before you leave the building.

If you would rather fax or mail your application to us, it will be reviewed within two business days of receiving it. We will then notify you by mail or phone, and provide your log-in I.D. Your temporary password will be included in a separate mailing. If you do not receive your log-in I.D. and password within ten business days, please contact your Personal Banker.

7.  HOW SECURE IS ONLINE BANKING?  AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Online Banking relies on the highest level encryption system widely used in banking transactions on the Internet; Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. This powerful system scrambles information before it goes on the Internet and decodes it at the other end.

In addition, your access to account information through Online Banking is protected by your unique User ID and PIN.
