South Valley Bank & Trust's website was recently re-designed. One of the main aspects of this was increasing the overall size or resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels, which has fast become the new "standard". In the past websites were designed in 800 x 600 pixel resolution to accommodate for smaller monitors and in turn lower screen resolutions. Statistics show that in the last 3 years most computer users have their screen resolution set to at least 1024 x 768 pixels for a 17" - 19" monitor, with a majority even higher than that.

To better view our website, you can increase your screen resolution. This is a simple and easy process:

1. Open your "Control Panel" from the Start Menu.ScreenResolution.jpg

2. Choose "Display"

3. Choose "Settings" from the top right tab.

4. See the Screen Resolution Slide Bar underneath the picture window, and slide the bar to the right completely. This slide bar is what you use to change the resolution, the options you have will depend on your graphics card and monitor, but the standard options are 1024 x 768 up to 1280 x 1024 and higher.

5. Choose "Apply"
After clicking Apply your screen will resize to the new resolution and you will be presented with a confirm dialogue box, if you are happy with the way your screen looks then simply click Yes, if you would like to try a different resolution click No.

6. When finished, simply close the Display Properties box.

Click here or your browser "Back" button to return to the welcome screen.
