Confidential or personal information should not be communicated in this manner. If you have access to our Online Banking system, you can contact us in a secure manner using your online banking "Mail Box" and sending a "New Message".
If your debit/check card is either lost or stolen please contact South Valley Bank & Trust immediately at: (800) 710-7872, after hours at (800) 554-8969. No matter where you are, report lost or stolen cards to minimize loss and liability. Notify all of the participating merchants with whom you've set up automatic bill payments. Once South Valley Bank & Trust issues you a new card, you'll need to reestablish automatic bill payments with your new card at the participating merchants.
