Sign on to www.southvalleybank.com and click Online Services.
Print and complete the application. Mail, fax or bring to any branch of South Valley Bank & Trust. Our address is: P.O. Box 5210, Klamath Falls, OR 97601, and our fax is (541) 880-5241.
2. WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNTS ONLINE?
Once we receive your application, it will be processed within five business days. The notification will include your User ID for logging in. Your PIN will be mailed to you separately. If you do not receive your User ID within ten business days, please contact the bank.
3. CAN I CHANGE MY PIN?
You can change your PIN as often as you like. Once you are in Online Banking, click on the link that reads “Options.”
4. WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR ONLINE BANKING?
Free for personal accounts (there is a fee for business accounts to use the Bill Payments portion).
